Messages from Confluence Capital Management, LLC may include appointment reminders, service updates, and educational content about Social Security and retirement planning.
How to Opt In
You may opt in to receive SMS/text messages by providing your mobile phone number through our website contact forms, during the appointment scheduling process, or via written consent, and actively checking the consent box indicating your agreement to receive communications. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
How to Opt Out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode or number from which you received the message. Upon sending "STOP," we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us, scheduled appointments, and requested information.

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
